BOOKING RULES: Booking is made by sending an application via the Internet site, via e-mail, messengers, social networks, by phone call. To make a reservation, you must provide the following information about the guests who will stay at the hotel during the booking period: last name, first name, patronymic, contact phone number, email address, bank card details. None of the above data is distributed or sent to third parties. The bank card data is transmitted to the accommodation facility in encrypted form, and does not remain in any databases of the Website. By booking an accommodation according to the rates, the guest automatically agrees to the conditions specified in the description of the corresponding selected tariff, as well as to the list of conditions listed on this website. CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellation of the reservation can be made by the guest at any time after making the reservation, taking into account the terms and conditions of the tariff chosen by the guest when booking. In case of cancellation of the reservation, the guest's data is kept secret for 1 (one) year after they are provided to the accommodation facility (on the basis of Federal Law No. 149-FZ of 07/27/2006 (as amended dated 02.12.2019) "On information, information technologies and information protection")
