Booking cancellation	If the booking is cancelled less than 24 hours in advance, the administration has the right not to refund the funds.
Registration of guests	For citizens of the Russian Federation: the only document officially confirming the identity of the guest can only be an internal passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation (for citizens aged 14 and older) and a birth certificate (for citizens of the Russian Federation under 14 years old). Cancellation policy

Non-refundable rate: the full cost of the reservation is deducted upon cancellation. Standard fare: Cancellation from the moment of booking until 23:59:59 of the date preceding the arrival date is free of charge. Upon cancellation, the full cost of the reservation will be deducted from the arrival date of the guest.
